Since 2002, Crosslink South Powder Coating has been expanding with success into the application of high-temperature coatings. We offer the standard matte black and polished silver high-temperature ceramic coating. Both colors are fully cured for one hour, allowing the customer full use of the product when it is received. Any product coated with the silver ceramic is polished in a vibratory tumble and then rubbed to achieve a bright, clean high glass silver appearance. Both the black and silver ceramic coatings have the benefit of reducing heat transfer through metal substrates reducing the radiant heat from products such as heat shields, risers, heaters, and turbos.

Crosslink also offers a few high-temperature powder applications. Like our ceramic products, the powder-coated products are delivered fully cured and ready for assembly and use. Two of our high-temperature powders have been formulated to be tolerant of outdoor use and are used by O.E.M. and well-known aftermarket exhaust system suppliers.
